No matter the size of your dream ceremony, we are committed to helping make your event complete, with fond and cherished memories. We are proud to be the location for many beautiful oceanside beach ceremonies every year. We have designed the above In-House Wedding Packages to include what most bridal couples tend to prefer. However, as an alternative, below we have also provided a listing of independent St Croix wedding planners who also work with us. In addition, since all packages (with us or independent planners) will generally offer an option of photographers, we have listed a select number of preferred St Croix photographers for your convenience. There are several steps to take in the planning process of your destination wedding at Hibiscus Beach Resort. ~ Begin looking at potential dates for your wedding. The Territorial Court of St. Croix requires an 8 day waiting period from the time the marriage license application is submitted. You may need to be On-Island 2 or more days prior to your event, for court paperwork. This may be longer, in some cases. As an example, St Croix has many holidays which are different from those in the States or other countries when our Courts are closed. Below, we have provided you with information on required paperwork. ~ Contact us, the Hibiscus Beach Resort, for availability of rooms and a Group Rate. Rates will vary depending on the time of year and size of group. General information about group discounts is provided above. The possibilities for catering are endless, from small two or three table set-ups overlooking the beach and ocean for smaller gatherings, to a larger scale private party affair, where the restaurant is closed to the public, or perhaps even our banquet room may be the desired venue for your event. Receptions can be quite casual with an open bar for family, friends, and well-wishers, to a more upscale seated dinner.
