card is not automatically charged. Our normal procedure is to verify availability, and if we have availability and can
confirm your reservation request, we will then charge your card for the Deposit amount, unless otherwise instructed. If we
have any questions, we will email or call you before charging your card and processing your reservation.
Reservations are not confirmed until Hotel replies back with Confirmation Number.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
We require a 50% deposit of the total expected amount of your stay at the time your reservation is made/guaranteed,
with the balance due on Check-In.

Our Cancellation Policy requires notification of cancellation 14 or more days prior to the date of arrival
to obtain a refund of the deposit paid. (30 or more days for Group Room Reservations)
We do not offer refunds for No-Shows or early departures.

Check-In is anytime after 3 pm - Check-Out is by Noon
Office Hours are generally 8 am to 10 pm
If you expect to arrive after hours, please contact our office prior to your
arrival date so that we may make arrangements for your arrival.
