| DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: We require a 50% deposit of the total expected amount of your reservation at the time the reservation is made / guaranteed, with the balance due on Check-In. Our Cancellation Policy requires notification of cancellation 14 or more days prior to the date of arrival to obtain a refund of the deposit. (30 or more days for Group/Wedding Reservations) If you are booking a reservation and are already within 14 days of the Arrival Date, you are already within the Cancellation Period. Changes to Arrival Dates or number of Stay Dates within 14 days of the Arrival Date are also considered Cancellations. All deposits made with a credit card are subject to a 5% Cancellation Penalty credit card processing fee which is Non-Refundable. We cannot guarantee a specific room, room number or building, and reserve the right to relocate discounted rate rooms. We do not offer refunds for No-Shows or Early Departures. WE STRONGLY URGE YOU TO CONSIDER TRAVEL OR TRIP INSURANCE, especially for travel during Hurricane Season and/or travel during the Winter months, when there can be delays, since Hibiscus Beach Resort cannot be responsible for travel which is interrupted and/or cancelled due to weather and/or the daily operations of the airline carrier you have chosen.
