Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
We require a 50% deposit of the total expected amount of your reservation at the time the
reservation  is made / guaranteed, with the balance due on Check-In.  

Our Cancellation  Policy requires notification of cancellation 14 or more days prior to the
date of arrival to obtain a refund of the deposit.  (30 or more days for Group Reservations)
We do not offer refunds for No-Shows or Early Departures.
